The balcony terrace was very dirty. We reported this the next day and the response was that we will not be asked to clean it when we leave... it's shameful to rent the terrace in such a state, especially since we paid for 2 weeks a accommodation with a terrace and we were not able to take full advantage of it.. We were obliged to clean it ourselves to at least eat outside.. the same goes for the clothes dryer which was also very dirty and impossible to use to dry
