Staff at reception charming and professional. In arrival they told us the pool cover may be tricky to.open and to call them if it was .and it was.After 8hours drive and 40 degree heat just wanted a beer and a dip so called reception...arrived in 5 minutes but took both of us 10 mins to open.....maybe a modern cover upgrade needed. However after that we found the villa spacious,clean,well appointed and would certainly recommended stay again.

Extremely disappointed with the service provided, the welcome and the state of the house. Does not live up to the price paid and requested, such as: - Cancellation of the reservation 2 days before our arrival by "La Clairière aux Chevreuils" - Dilapidated wooden terrace (dangerous) - Defective swimming pool light - Limited or even Rude person from reception. - Defective dryer - Odors in the toilets - Limited utensils (only 1 kitchen knife, etc.)
