This charming villa is located in the Charente region and boasts five bedrooms with stunning panoramic views of the surrounding fields. The property is a beautifully renovated former barn that offers a pleasantly heated swimming pool, a bowling alley, and ample outdoor seating areas. The swimming pool measures 12 x 5 m and has Roman steps, while the terrace features eight sunbeds and a parasol. Additionally, there is a veranda by the living room where guests can enjoy some shade. Inside, there is a spacious kitchen with a five-burner cooker, two ovens, a microwave, dishwasher, and two refrigerators. The large living room features a long wooden dining table with ten chairs, three large sofas by the fireplace, and an internet connection. Guests can enjoy playing snooker or table football on the upper level of the living room. The villa also provides tenants with bicycles to explore the area, along with a table tennis table and volleyball net to place over the width of the pool.
