Very good stay, just too short.

Certainly, I will return, but continue to be disappointed by this residence. Average rental maintenance level. No TV reception, certainly a storm passed by, but a lot of water has passed in the Dordogne since. The pool was dry. The cookware dates from the last war and deserves a replacement, especially for the cans. The young people at the reception do their best to satisfy holidaymakers, but cannot work miracles.

in lack of a swimming pool because of work the rest is on the whole satisfactory to recharge your batteries and appreciate the places to visit around, good geographical location.

The rental price frankly is not expensive it's just a shame that the TV does not go all the time but I know that it will solve the problem so happy with my stay

The accommodation is good, a pity for the broken light fixture, the dust sheets, traces of mold in the bathroom, brief small works to be planned we reported an agent intervened but we were not informed of his passage and was surprised to find it with us he repaired what he could very polite efficient, no lighting outside in the evening it is more than embarrassing and television failure following the storm. Green spaces and unmaintained plantations.

We had a pleasant stay, however some points need to be reviewed. The handing over of the keys which takes an awful long time to wait in full sun. The swimming pool which is no longer really up to date and which unfortunately is not very well maintained. Cleaning in the common areas leaves something to be desired. The service is not at the top we asked for an unbroken clothes dryer unfortunately our request could not be taken into account.

Good evening, As part of this stay, I am completely satisfied with the service. Reception registration a little long, (45mn, I survived). The entire staff is very professional, welcoming, courteous, available...etc, it's a pleasure... The structures are in good condition, and well maintained... Too bad the COVID did not allow the use of all the equipment. Good stay, with the good weather at the rendezvous, it was very pleasant.. I think I will come back. Cordially ! BS

Alas no TV for 1 week, recurring problem. Otherwise, small very functional apartment, well equipped, quiet.

We had a relaxing stay during the month of June. The apartment is well appointed and well equipped. No oven but the microwave has a grill function which works well! The swimming pool is heated and pleasant! Le Clos du Rocher is well maintained and flowery, it's pretty. The village of Les Eyzies is charming and very well located, there are many places to visit in the surroundings.

Bad bedding Water problem either boiling or freezing as much for the shower as for the dishes. The best!!!! Thermostat problem. Very basic apartment equipment, the vital minimum... A nice apartment to use as a base in the Perigord region. Room sizes are OK, each apartment with a balcony or terrace, a community pool in the center of the compact complex. Good starting point to Sarlat, Lascaux, Bergerac and the Dordongnetal. Parking problems quickly arise at weekends and during the peak travel season. Plain, simple apartment with a small kitchenette. Very good for two people but borderline for four people.
