A large house with terrace, washing machine and high ceilings for good ventilation and cool temperatures even when it's hot (chimney effect). There were two of us and therefore had a lot of space in the house. You can walk to the sea in 3 minutes. In this house, close behind the dunes, you can still hear the sea rushing, quiet, but you can hear it - we love it! Very quiet neighborhood, at least in the fall. It also has a shed for bikes and an access gate with a remote control. Pure luxury for us! Thanks!

I don't feel like writing anything. That a sentence is required annoys me, however I will not review my evaluations below

The house is very dirty. Especially the cabinets from the inside. The two wooden tables could use a cleaning too. The plastic ceiling on the terrace should be renewed urgently. The kitchen was very superficially cleaned when we arrived. Everything very sticky, cutlery dirty. The WiFi didn't work when we arrived, but was reset after 2 days by a very nice lady. Unfortunately it fell out again the last 3 days.

well located house with all amenities

Very very good location but very overvalued equipment (wifi 56kb, air conditioning to look pretty,....) and above all cleaning not up to standard.... (cockroaches and cockroaches in the fridge and blankets....)

The house is in a great location on the south beach. It offers plenty of space with a great terrace. But, dear landlord, a few repairs and renewals are urgently needed, the toilet seat wobbles violently, the door handles too, the locking mechanism of the sliding door to the terrace is defective, the handles of the garden doors are so rusted that they keep falling off, tablecloths and seat cushions are filthy and a lounge chair has cracks. Fix the flaws and the rating is top.

The house is ideally located on the south beach !!!! It's not far to the city. Perfect location. The house itself is well laid out and equipped. Not the newest, but still great! Highly recommended!

We were a group of 6, the house was perfectly suited to our stay

Sink problems (drainage) and HS dishwasher (waste water is sometimes pushed back into the dishwasher). A small extra piece of furniture (bedroom pedestal table) that does not support the combined weight of a beach towel and a toiletry bag. and sees his tray tilt. There were also the tablecloths of the two tables which have seen better days. Plenty of small saucepans and that's fine, but no pot. These small incidents did not deprive us of the many advantages of this house and our stay was ideal. So we recommend this rental and would be willing to return in the future. PS This is a problem of illegal parking on the sidewalks at the entrance to the gate. Some days it was necessary to make skilful maneuvers to manage to enter with the car.

Villa well located, well arranged. Close to the sea, only 10 minutes from the center on foot. Only small complaint "French cleanliness" Otherwise really good.
