Negative points: smell of stubborn sewage in the house, a patched up umbrella for eating outside that does not hold open, a spot from the pool taken out and placed with the wire gaping, not very safe for children, wifi not did not work, the swimming pool was not maintained during the stay, in short, a lot of things to review…

Very comfortable house. Simple and a bit in its own juice but nothing is missing. Beware of the swimming pool which is uncovered in summer and not secure for young children. Deck chairs, tables and parasols outside.

Superb villa with its swimming pool in the middle of a pine forest. Direct proximity to the ocean, quiet and relaxing place. Small flat on the few and worn kitchen utensils and the too small parasol not compared to the number of guests that the table can accommodate. No cushions for the outdoor furniture chairs and only 2 deckchairs... the deck chairs are very worn and uncomfortable... But otherwise stay at the top!!!

A very nice house. As can be seen in the pictures, you can enjoy a beautiful view of the pine forest here. The pool was in very good shape. The only thing we had to complain about was that it was smelly in the bathroom in the morning, only after all the casts had been filled with water did the smell slowly go away, which is why we suspected the casts, which would probably have to be exchanged. In addition, there is no sink in the toilet.

Very functional house but which needs renovation! The potential is enormous because the house is well laid out and practical with a beautiful mezzanine but without a skylight. The bay windows are top and strong. The rest is in its own juice, the tapestries on the walls and on the ceiling store the bad smells that one smells each time you enter the house. The garden is nice, not overlooked, except for the neighbor on the side. The terrace lacks space for the table, we are stuck between the stairs and the foot of the parasol. And it lacks shade, it would be necessary to install a wooden terrace on the side of the house under the trees. Be careful for bike rides, the house is high up and the hill is steep...

The house is located in a forest and therefore very quiet. The swimming pool located between the trees provides sufficient cooling and guarantees a restful holiday. Yet the sea is not far away. A few kilometers away you can find the necessary ambiance and restaurants. Definitely recommended for those who love cycling. You don't even have to bring them yourself, you can rent them on site for a reasonable price. The house is an ideal base for many trips.
