Well located. A bit dated but very well equipped and very clean.

Good location, unfortunately no satellite TV, simple furnishings but everything available, clean

Old microwave to replace. Oven lighting out of order Flashing hood light. Kitchen light starter too long. Access gate to the HS residence throughout our stay. Magnetic door to the building works randomly. Hanging HS curtains in all rooms. Interruption of TV pictures (already reported in previous years).

Very good location, very nice view of the ocean, in the center, ideal with children for the beach, very responsive and always smiling staff. Despite this, I do not recommend this apartment, which is not at all isolated from outside noise, every night very short due to the evenings in the bar at the foot of the building ending at more than 2 a.m.

Positive points: apartment very well located, very beautiful view of the sea, large pleasant living room, pleasant and efficient reception, parking. Negative points: very old bathroom and kitchen, radiators in poor exterior condition, electricity to be redone.....The apartment deserves to be completely renovated. Cleanliness of the toilets and the bathroom very approximate on our arrival. Obsolete vacuum cleaner to change.

Functional apartment, well equipped, close to all shops and the city center. Balcony with ocean view. The street to cross and we are on the beach, the top. Coming by bike from Bordeaux, the garage is a plus for storing them safely. The room overlooking the inner courtyard is very quiet.

Defective door window closure. And fridge, absence of the Small frezer door, no possibility of making ice cubes.! Need for sound insulation, you can hear people from the bathroom, toilet, and bedroom. Young people stayed for 2 days at the end of the week, and we partied (brothel) until 6am.

Very good location - beautiful view of the ocean, large balcony - access on foot to all amenities - bathroom to be renovated imperatively and especially WC with persistent smell despite several cleanings with bleach - Bedroom furniture to be reviewed - very nice living room - kitchen well equipped - no Nespresso (as indicated on the announcement) a renovation is essential for future tenants of 2020 !! and there the apartment would be at the top
