We think you’ll love this charming seaside abode we’ve found tucked away on the west coast of France, just 60 km from Bordeaux. Styled by your host Karine, a former interior designer, this place is certainly worth writing home about, full of soft fabrics and natural tones that make you feel at ease the second you step over the threshold. When you first arrive, spend a few moments decompressing in the living room before crossing the polished concrete floor to make yourself a light lunch. Once you’ve eaten, it’s time to explore so grab your sunglasses and get going. You’re just a two minute walk from Plage du Moulleau here, but if you want to venture further, Arcachon is thirteen minutes away by bike and full of interesting shops and restaurants to discover. Stay until evening and watch the sun go down over the Grande Dune du Pilat – the tallest sand dune in Europe – or make your way back home for a barbecue beneath the pine trees. Whatever you get up to, we know you’ll be seeing la vie en rose by the end of your first day here at this luxury seaside escape.
