This 18th-century farmhouse sits in La Gripperie Saint Symphorien, a small Charente-Maritime village. Renovated with natural materials like hemp, lime and clay, it blends historic charm with modern comfort. The main space has a cathedral-style living room and kitchen, plus a mezzanine bedroom for kids and a ground-floor bedroom. You'll have access to a shared pool and a natural pond, as well as your own private terrace. From April to October, you can even pick as many vegetables as you want from the farm’s organic garden. Shops and restaurants are a short walk, but a car is useful for exploring. With Rochefort, Marennes, and Oléron twenty minutes away, plus Côte Sauvage's beaches just half an hour, it's worth it.

*There’s free parking here in the farm's car park. An EV charger (22kw/h) is also available for free.
*For those with reduced mobility, there's a ground-floor bedroom here.
*The second bedroom is on the mezzanine level and semi-open to the space below, so privacy is limited.
*You'll have access to the on-site swimming pool and natural pond here. They're shared with the other cottages.
*From April to October, you'll have access to the farm's vegetable garden and can pick as much veg as you like. Your private terrace also has herbs and fruits.
*Firewood is provided for the log burner.
