L'Antioche

A very pleasant house, located along the road without being inconvenient due to the courtyard at the front of the house. The house is pleasant, clean, very well arranged. You will find everything you need (dishes, good bedding, ...) in short, a house where it is good to spend your holidays. Only small downside, the exteriors would deserve a refresh (weeds in the courtyard and the access to the house). The lawn had been cut but not collected which is annoying.

Advantages: The house is very well furnished. Large garden with patio furniture. Disadvantages: The house is located directly on the access road to Le Chateaux d'Oleron, which means there is a lot of car noise. But the windows are soundproofed, so that when the windows are closed, the car noise is only subtly audible. Distance to the sea at least 3km / to the supermarket 2km, which means that it is not recommended without a car or bike, as there is no walking path (only along the main road).

Hello, We were very happy to discover this small house, very comfortable, pleasant to live in and very clean, all the comforts are there. We highly recommend it.
