Pretty little quiet residence with quick access to the beach in 10 minutes on foot. Small, functional and very well-equipped apartment (washing machine, TV, dishwasher, etc.) with a nice, practical little exterior. Easy parking in the residence. Close to the center of Capbreton (20 minutes on foot) but a little far from the port (45 minutes on foot). Be careful, there is no reception in the apartment (nor 4G, and mobile network complicated), plan for the wifi option even if the wifi is capricious.

Se were 2 adults and 2 children (8 and 11yo). The house was well equiped but was very small. The mezzanine was to low even for small kids. No internet or even network coverage.

For the price, we still expect similar services, that is to say clean accommodation on arrival, which was far, far from the case! No chaise longue, old and dirty furniture... we have to give it a facelift and review the cleaning!
