Capbreton 1 km from Hossegor: Beautiful, comfortable residence "Les Berges Landaises", 2 storeys, built in 2010. 500 m from the centre of Hossegor, on the outskirts, 1 km from the centre of Capbreton, in a quiet position, 2 km from the sea, 300 m from the lake, 2 km from the beach, 300 m from the canal, 50 m from the stream, in a cul-de-sac. Lawn and trees. Shop 300 m, grocery 250 m, supermarket, restaurant 300 m, bus stop 200 m. Golf course (18 hole) 100 m. Groups of teenagers on request only. Please note: Additional accommodations can be booked.

Location Description Capbreton

Well-known, family-friendly bathing resort with 6'700 inhabitants, in a busy position, 1 km from Hossegor, 5 km from Seignosse, 30 km from Biarritz. All shops, restaurants etc. in the resort. Disco, casino, folklore evenings, museum, cinema. Fitness centre. Station separated from Hossegor and it's marine lake by the Bourret canal.*Possible to hire push chairs, cots, booster seats (extra, according to availability, to request at the time of booking) at the Interhome office.

Sandy beach. Sports harbour. Diving, surfing, canoeing. Tennis (8 outdoor courts, 4 indoor courts), squash, golf course 1 km. Minigolf. Riding. Fishing. Bicycle paths, mountain bikes for hire. Bowling, go-carting, petanque bowls. Free shuttle bus to the beaches (15.06.-31.08.).

Appartement calme et bien situé à quelques minutes de marche du centre de Hossegor, très bien équipé avec un balcon assez spacieux, ainsi qu'un emplacement pour la voiture. La literie n'est pas très confortable, des odeurs d'égout dans la salle de bain ; le local à vélo est trop petit. Nous avons donc été obligés de laisser les vélos dehors.

Résidence arborée, bien tenue et proche centre ville Hossegor. Appartement bien aménagé, la belle terrasse donne sur un joli canal et les pins mais hélas sur une route très passante le jour. Important : Interhome devrait s'assurer que la vaisselle soit propre, ce qui n'était pas du tout le cas à notre arrivée. Manque quelques ustensiles pratiques

Quelle déception pour cette location. La résidence est bien placée entre Capbreton et Hossegor. Ménage très moyen à l’arrivée, équipement minimum pour le prix payé même au mois d’août. Le logement est au niveau d’une route très très passante, ça ne s’arrête jamais jour et nuit... insupportable. Très bon accueil à l’arrivée, glacial à la fin du séjour. On ne nous a même pas demandé si notre séjour s’était bien passé.

Très bon rapport qualité prix. Calme, propre. Vu sur un parc verdoyant et une rivière. Toute commodité à proximité. Gros avantage parking numéroté et clos. Nous étions 2 adultes et 1 enfant de 7 ans et c’était très bien. La cuisine est pratique si on veut prépare des repas. Salle de bain très propre également. Très bon séjour dans cette appartement.
