broken washing machine, broken television, cupboard doors very difficult to open, blocked bathtub, leaking shower head... This apartment is not maintained. The only positive point is that it was clean!

This requires a little refresh of furniture and decor, a little old-fashioned, private parking. Apartment well located for the view. But on the other hand unbearable with the smells of the restaurants, and extremely noisy from the customers of the restaurants and the beer bar. See until 1:00 in the morning. Beautiful location but apartment remained in its own juice (a few sockets that do not work, rickety doors under the sink, bed from another era ...) Cork and snack found under the bed (cleaning done? , There was no mop!)
