At the entrance: * dirty floor; * 1 strip detached (floor covering strip on junction between hallway tiles and master bedroom * living room sofa: looks like a sofa but it is not one. very uncomfortable * no secure bike park (heavy electric mountain bike that had to be taken upstairs * untimely parking on the path leading to the residence (especially on school days) hindering the exit from the residence and the exit onto rue des Artisans. * otherwise peaceful residence
