Very bright apartment, plus living room, large balcony, easy parking, location, areas for improvement, dishwasher that doesn't wash, no pressure in the shower

The apartment is very pleasant on the top floor of a quiet residence close to the city center (easy access on foot) and the beach. Too bad the roller shutter in the dining room was not operational. The football table was broken and could potentially represent a danger for children.
