superb establishment, appt at the height and very well located. But great disappointment, accommodation not prepared for our arrival and dirty, bedding to be reviewed. In addition, holidaymakers are not well received by residents who are visibly exasperated by their incivility. Finally, we had to take the lift for our suitcases, the one used for the garbage cans of the building given the smell and the dirt the agency should have supervised, and the key person warned us very unhappy
