La Châtaigneraie

We were warmly welcomed and bid farewell by C. himself. Fresh bouquets of flowers, a sweet treat, everything very clean and well-maintained, and most importantly, the heating had been turned on in the morning! Tips and brochures made it easier to find our way around. The house and the kitchen are very well equipped; the new, walk-in shower was particularly pleasing! The house is located high above Aubazine in a scattered settlement. From the parking lot to the house, there's a short, steep climb (on loose gravel).

Pretty little house in a quiet and pleasant corner of Corrèze. Owner available and caring. Well-equipped accommodation inside and out with a beautiful view for the sunset from the terrace. The only point to improve would be the bedding (mattress and pillows). A large swimming pool with deckchair and view of the valley is available, too bad it was not heated because the weather did not allow us to enjoy it much.

We had a great holiday, comfortable house as described, more than pleasant swimming pool and very caring owners. To recommend.

Friendly and pleasant welcome. The swimming pool is large. She was at 22 but the weather was not right for warming her with the sun. The accommodation is spacious with lots of storage. The children loved the open floor, with a railing all around the staircase, just for them. The pool is worth it because there is a steep climb. Heating, oven, gas stove, dishwasher, wifi, washing machine, small shower, separate WC, 2 double bedrooms downstairs. Provide a hair dryer
