Insgesamt waren wir mit der Wohnung zu frieden. Mit der zentralen Lage der Wohnung hat man wirklich kurze Wege (Einkauf, Shopping, Gastronomie, Strand), aber durch die Ausrichtung zur Staße ist es leider laut bis spät in der Nacht (Autos, Motorräder). Die Wohnung wird trotz Fensterläden im Sommer relativ warm, so dass man ja lieber mit offenen Fenstern schlafen möchte... Die Ausstattung entsprach soweit den Angaben. Die Sauberkeit von Bad und WC entsprach nicht unseren Erwartungen.

Parkplatz in Garage muss unbedingt richtig gereinigt werden-es ist schmutzig und stinkt-hatten letztes Jahr 2022 das gleiche PROBLEM.Danke

L'emplacement était parfait proche commerce et très calme. Vue dégagée. J'ai apprécié la disponibilité de l'agence pour la remise des clés. Tout était claire, bien expliqué ... tout pour un séjour serein. Mes questions ont toujours eu des réponses rapides.

Bij aankomst stond er een grote plas water voor de koelkast, de werkte niet had geen stroom na enig onderzoek bleek de magnetron sluiting te maken. Mail gestuurd naar interhome.Maandag interhome langs geweest en getest probleem in de stekkerdoos. Interhome laten zien hoe slecht er was schoongemaakt de reactie was einde seizoen mensen hebben geen zijn meer. Gebreken: horren kapot, stofzuiger voor stof en haren, keukenkast niet schoon, broodtrommel vol broodresten, vuile glazen, toilet niet schoon

The fridge is fixed and screens are now fixed since these comments. The vaccuum is also now emptied ready for future guests, and our local staff are now aware to be more careful about cleaning in the future.

Die Lage ist Zentral. Zum Strand sind es nur 250 Meter und Geschäfte sind in unmittelbarer Nähe. Nachteil ist der Lieferverkehr am Morgen wenn die Geschäfte in der Fussgängerzone beliefert werden. Es ist laut! Praktisch ist die Tiefgarage und der Fahrradraum. Arcachon ist sehr Fahrradfreundlich. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet und die Betten sind bequem. Es fehlte 1 großer Topf und Bedienungsanleitungen. Einiges Inventar ist jedoch schon abgenutzt. Z. B. waren die Balkonstühle durchgesessen.

le sol et le four était sales. le lave vaisselles ne fonctionnait pas. le réparateur est venu 2 jours avant notre départ.

Parfait sur tous les points sarah-laure t.

Très bel appartement, décoration contemporaine, parfaitement équipé et PROPRE. Il est idéalement situé en centre ville d’Arcachon, proche de la plage et de toutes les commodites, tout se fait à pieds grâce à la place de parking sécurisée en sous-sol. Enfin, la terrasse est très agréable pour prendre les repas ou bronzer.
