The apartment is well located and in a quiet residence but it is a little old (in decor and equipment: rusty hob, vacuum cleaner that no longer works, ineffective toilet flush, sofa bed in the living room with blanket) and lacks certain equipment (kettle, capsule coffee machine, living room coffee table, a real sofa).
