La Longère Saint Leonard, Normandy

Very outdated house, musty air in the house. Pity ! Broken sun loungers, kitchen very dirty. In short, very unfortunate because location is beautiful!

This house is nice and we had a great week. It is large and the supplies are very complete (crockery, cutlery, household appliances, etc.). The only downside is the decoration and the "dark" aspect of the kitchen and the living room which deserves a refresh. Regarding the positioning, we really appreciated the proximity of many things to visit (Mont Saint Michel, Granville, Zoo etc.) while being in a very quiet little village.

Beautiful house with a large lot - lots of space to lie under the stars in the evenings. Views of the bay and Mont Saint Michel are obstructed by buildings but present. The lack of internet access surprised us at first - but it also had its positive sides :-) We had 2 lovely weeks with our 3 children. Info: 1. The attic in the house is inhabited. 2. During our stay we had problems with the electrical protection of the kitchen. Dishwasher and kettle has already triggered the general electrical fuse in the house, which was switched on before the usual fuse box. Without an extraordinary arrival of the nice landlord, it was not possible to get it going (my knowledge of French is also rather non-existent). So we were "grounded" one morning. The trick for switching on the general protection should be shown, I needed it again later.
