Renovated by a renowned architect, this 1900s house has a south-facing garden and terrace to enjoy. Set over several floors, you’ll find a well-equipped kitchen and a cinema room with a sofa bed. This place is ideal for families or work colleagues as there are several office areas available. Your hosts can also provide a video projector and a screen for meetings of up to fourteen people, as well. They can also offer catering and team building or leisure activities such as food and wine tastings, boat trips, 2CV tours and horseback riding on the beach. Speaking of beaches, the sea is just 400 metres away and the boutiques of Deauville are under ten minutes on foot.

At full occupancy, two guests will be sleeping on the sofa bed in the cinema/games room.
