This house should not be rented out because it is not maintained (broken lock, the bath mixer is broken, the water flow is very weak. The boiler needs to be changed. It is very hot in the rooms and fans are small, old, noisy and above all full of dust.The house therefore deserves a complete renovation and a major cleaning because there is a lot of dust.Pros: the location and the garden.

Very nice house near the sea. It is very easy to park there. However, the rooms being attic, it was too hot there at night despite the fans. Watch out for ants, nothing should be left outside the fridge.

An interesting property tucked away in a quiet little street within easy walking distance of the Town centre, although up hill on the way back. Bedrooms upstairs, bathroom and WC downstairs. Needed the fan in the bedroom as very hot summer evenings.

We have had a wonderful week. 10 minutes walk from the center. Stay was well furnished. Authentic French. Spacious enough with a private garden. A point to mention is the garden furniture. The plastic seats can sometimes be replaced. That is the only critical point we can mention. Stay was very clean and fully equipped. We will definitely come back sometime.

House and "old" furniture full of charm. You feel like you are "at home". Perfect for a family of 3. Pleasant and very practical private garden when you have a 3-year-old child. Quiet area and close to the city center. No worries about parking the car in front of the house. I recommend this address.

We felt good. The house is functionally equipped. WLAN can be booked at what we found an unreasonable price.

overall very good, small downside, the stairs a bit dangerous for a child (infant) in the middle with an empty space on the side and a window just down the first part of the stairs.

We were looking for accommodation with a garden and found it here. The house is old and furnished accordingly, but tastefully. From the center you have to climb a steep road, but you are really in the city in a few minutes and on the beach in 20 minutes.
