beautiful apartment very well equipped. On the other hand, we had not seen that parking was paid (perhaps it was noted and we did not pay attention to it), we would also have appreciated having a little heating in the evening to warm up after a day spent outside (cool temperatures at the start of the stay) but we put that down to the collective heating which had not yet been turned back on. The + points: calm, equipment, proximity to the beach, quality bedding

The apartment is about 10 minutes from the beach and supermarket. The apartment has balconies facing each other for cross ventilation. The balcony is in a good location with sun until the early afternoon. The toilet is very small. The balcony should be cleared of rusty chairs, as well as all 30-year-old electrical appliances, such as the television. A major drawback is the lack of stable, modern internet. The internet connection, which was charged at €5 per day, constantly dropped out and was far too slow to stream movies.

Great location to the beach and the city. Basically a nice apartment, but with weaknesses. Little space for clothes because the closet was stuffed full of the landlord's "junk". Furniture was older and worn, but OK. The toilet seat was missing, the agency just shrugged their shoulders about this, but they tried very hard to find a heating option when the temperatures dropped.

The residence is very pretty and very well located in Deauville just 300 meters from the beach. The apartment is spacious and bright. A large terrace facing the trees but quite noisy in terms of traffic. The bedroom has a large bed but the electric shutter cannot close completely so we were woken up every morning from 5:30 am by the light between the gaps. The outdoor furniture is rudimentary, broken or rusty chairs. The toilet seat not repaired.
