Small outdated studio. No drama in itself, if everything is clean. Upon arrival we noticed that the dishes were not really neatly washed in the cupboards and that the counter was sticky as well as the floor. Something smelled in the bathroom, which later turned out to be the washing machine. There was a note on it saying it was out of order, but there was dirty laundry in it, which gave the smell?! The sealant seams on the sink around the tap were black with mold. And there was so much more wrong. But I can't judge that much here.
