Apartment well located but general condition deplorable. Storage not satisfactory. Dirty terrace (needs to clean). Dish drainer filthy. Equipment not checked (light bulb, refrigerator full of ice, deplorable TV reception, dirty carpets, dirty storage drawers). Cleaning team needs to be reviewed. Rental to avoid
