The apartment is located in a very nice and quiet neighborhood. An elevator, underground parking, and security further enhanced the comfort. The furnishings are simple and functional. Some of the appliances and cooking pots were very old and broken. There was an abundance of dishes and cutlery, but they were mishandled and, unfortunately, partly dirty.

Well-located and spacious apartment in a beautiful residence. No washing machine, dishwasher broken. No table on the balcony. No automatic lighting in the residence's hallway.
