Le Parc Cordier Apartment 3

Nice apartment, very nice view, well equipped, quality bedding, we had a decent week overall. Negative points to improve: - cleaning: floor (dust, stains), kitchen (elements, ovens, cutlery, utensils, ...), bathroom (tub, shower head, fabric curtain, ...), living room carpet (dirty), ... - furniture: 2 damaged plexiglass chairs, missing 2 chairs, damaged sofa, overly personalized children's bedroom (pink, for little girl) - WC: defective flush.

The location was good however the apartment is in need of some TLC

The apartment was clean and complete, beautiful view, nice but rather touristic city. Beautiful surroundings, lots of nature and variety. Quiet area. We liked it fine.

The apartment was clean and tidy and offered excellent views of the beach and sea. The walk from the apartment to Trouville was only a short distance however there was numerous stairs to climb, this did not detract from an excellent location and a first class apartment

Beautiful apartment in a well-maintained park. Good parking. Elevator present. The exterior does need maintenance. Apartment is modern and clean. Good beds. Good sanitary facilities and well-equipped kitchen. The seat is moderate. The view over the coast and the sea from the balcony and from the kaner is phenomenal. Bring binoculars!!

Ideal for couple with 2 children. 600m from the city center. Beautiful sea view balcony.

Very nice rental. It would just be necessary to solve the problem of ventilation noise (or other) in the room at night. But apart from that it is a rental to recommend.

Very nice apartment located on the heights of Trouville, modern, neat, consistent with the description and the photos. Superb view of the sea with very beautiful sunsets. Delighted with our stay, an address to keep for a future getaway.

Meets our expectations!

Very pleasant, clean and well-equipped apartment, in a quiet residence on the heights of Trouville. The sea view is magnificent, from Deauville beach to Le Havre. Only downside, the living room is a bit small. But the rooms are quite correct and pleasantly decorated. We spent a few very pleasant days there.

Luxury apartment very well equipped and comfortable. Only one tiny downside, the lighting in the rooms is slightly insufficient.
