superbly located and well-appointed apartment. But outdated or very outdated equipment (shower in very poor condition, fridge at the end of its life, 2 broken toasters, very low quality bed and mattress, duvets at the end of their life, sink faucet impossible to operate normally) and insufficient (no broom or vacuum cleaner). Paid WiFi, incomprehensible in 2023 especially with teleworking.

I had given my opinion when I left to the agency staff: the apartment is bright and well located. But it did not have a broom and/or vacuum cleaner. Similarly, a small electric coffee maker would have been welcome, but only the pod coffee maker. The bathroom radiator did not work and the agency brought me a radiator when I reported it. The kitchen units are quite high and difficult to access for people who are not very tall and the pans are not healthy.

Back pain from the mattress, too bad because of that I don't think we'll come back to it. Bedding is very important.
