- balcony stated on the internet not usable for sitting (too small, no furniture) - very noisy street; old windows did not help - according to the internet, newly renovated, but very old doors + windows - only 1 of the three door locks worked, but only with difficulty - hardly any light + sockets - washing machine rattled + difficult to open - dishes partly dirty, dishwasher very dirty - very frequent nuisance from cigarette smoke from the basement - very little storage space

This apartment is very nicely decorated it is functional everything is perfect. It takes between 10 and 15m to go to Place Morny in the center. The residence is very well maintained and secure.
