We had a very nice time in the apartment. The apartment was big enough for 2 people and well equipped. The view from the 4th floor over Trouville and the sea was fantastic. There was a well-functioning elevator that led down to the underground car park. The apartment came with an underground parking space. I have to say that I was just able to get my VW Caddy (not a Maxi) into the parking space after a lot of reversing. That will hardly be possible with larger cars.

Very correct and well located holiday rental with a very beautiful view.

The apartment is well located, not far from small shops, restaurants, casino...and yet quite quiet, very beautiful view of the sea with the sunset. The apartment is big enough for a couple, comfortable bed, bathroom with bathtub, balcony lounge and a functional kitchen.

Great stay! A good location, close to the station and the center. MAGNIFICENT view, with a nice little balcony. Well equipped and practical for a WE.

Very functional. The water heater is a bit tight for a family. The sofa bed is certainly to be replaced quickly as well as the carpet in the room. Too bad also that the cleaning and the beds were done after our arrival.

Apartment with superb view but on a very busy road so noisy during the day, which limits the fact of enjoying the terrace. Too many television malfunctions. Unnecessary and prone to falling rugs in the bedroom
