The location is superb, little noise from neighbors, poor proximity to accommodation. However, one downside, the kitchen is not modern, old elements from the end of the 70s, outdated cooking equipment, no microwave. The room, the bumpy floor. The bathroom, with carpet on the wall that dates, gives a musty smell, especially above the bathtub, which is small, and nothing against splashing water. The state of the accommodation is deplorable, dirty paint, dirty doors.

The kitchen and bathroom in particular are outdated, the kitchen cupboards are warped, there is no real bed, only pull-out beds, the bathtub is very small,

The apartment is in a complex surrounded by greenery, very quiet, the car is mandatory to move around, the bathroom can be improved (small bathtub without curtain and walls with carpet that get wet and remain damp, you can't take a shower ) and space for clothes. Comfortable enough beds for 3/4 people. Suitable for those seeking maximum tranquility and do not need services under the house.
