2-room maisonette 50 m2, on the ground floor. Entrance hall. 1 room with 1 french bed (1 x 160 cm, length 200 cm), shower/WC. Open kitchen (oven, 2 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, electric coffee machine) with dining table. Heating. On the lower ground floor: lounge with panoramic window with 1 sofabed (80 cm, length 190 cm), open-hearth fireplace (only for decoration), TV (flat screen).

The house's location is beautiful and very quiet, perfect for relaxing. The interior is a bit dated and the kitchen isn't very practical, but it's adequate for a short stay. The shower could use some maintenance (the soap dish has come loose). The house was generally clean (floors, bathroom, kitchen), although the furniture shows signs of wear, especially the sofa. Overall, it's a suitable place to stay for a few days.

The apartment is located in a beautiful enclosed park! Good bed, great bathroom, but the kitchen is neglected: doors that do not close, oven timer defective, kettle wire too short, kitchen inventory not clean. The furniture also shows shortcomings: 1 leg of an armchair was loose, so dangerous. The sofa was sagging and the cushion covers were full of stains. Less accessible or visible places had sometimes not been cleaned in years it seemed. Too bad.

Unfortunately we were indisposed, the whole stay, by a strong smell of grilled cheese. Air conditioning would also be ideal. In the meantime 1 or 2 fans would be welcome.

Beautiful environment and friendly apartment. However, the bedding without a box spring is very poor and there is an obvious lack of storage. Apartment very hot in summer.

The place is very pleasant, very green ☺️ But… The bedding is horrible, there is no box spring!!! Good location, very close to Deauville and its shops. The apartment is okay for a short romantic getaway of 3-4 days
