Villa Hélios Cabourg, Normandy

Reasonably spacious accommodation with 2 double beds and 2 bunk beds for 4 pax. garden available, kitchen, 2 bathrooms. about 500 meters from the beach.

As every year we had a very good stay in this charming house. Very well suited for large families. Only downside, not enough dishes when you are 6 and cleaning is very light (eg sand on the beds) ... but otherwise I highly recommend this villa

Rented As adapted accommodation, access to the showers (20 cm step) to access the 2 cabins) as well as to the toilets (one passage too narrow for a wheelchair, the other 20 cm step and absence of a bar to hold on to) are impossible for people with reduced mobility. The house is large and ideally located in Merville near the beach. It is in a nice neighborhood and has a nice exterior. Nevertheless, the house needs to be renovated, a lot of outdated equipment (camping shower, toilets...) and we found the house very dirty when we arrived: hairs in the shower, sticky and dusty floors... At the price paid we can expect more qualitative services...

House very well located in a very nice quiet suburban area of Merville 5 minutes walk from shops, restaurants and the sea. The house is well equipped and functional. Responsive Cabourg interhome agency.

Large house well placed between shops and beach, pleasant garden. New windows and shutters. Inside, the house is dilapidated, furniture is old, very hard chairs, no coffee table for an aperitif, but a rusty rolling table. SDD and the kitchen deserve work. The microwave must be about 30 years old, toaster dangerous. No wifi and TV box. Low-speed Interhome Wifi. Interhome sheets are rough, flat only. Duvets very dirty and deflated pillows.

This is now the second time we have vacationed there. I made a few comments after last year's holiday. A few have been met. This year we enter the house and find that the glass jar of the coffee maker is broken. The people of the local office have immediately come to another bring. But the WiFi network always fails. Also in terms of cleanliness it is still not good. Had acquaintances who would go but I definitely advise against it

Pavilion very correct, but cleaning not done. Handing over of the keys, while bins containing masks are not emptied, stained mattress pad on a bed. In this delicate health period where disinfection is desired, it is deplorable. Obviously, there is no control on your part before handing over the keys to the tenant. This lack of professionalism is unacceptable.

We park the car and all we have to do is enjoy the beach, the shops and the market on Thursday and Sunday!!!! THE BEST for FAMILY holidays!

The heating did not work very well, difficult to regulate. No large sofa, although the house is rented for 6 or 8, not very pleasant when the weather does not allow you to be outside. The gas hob did not work, only 2 inductions. The cookware needs to be reviewed. On the other hand, the house close to the sea and the center is an asset.

This holiday home is recommended. We have to report a few small comments. The people at the local desk are helpful and friendly. But it is a pity that there are no Dutch-speaking employees at the local office, or someone who is a bit fluent in this language. Worth repeating

nice spacious house, near the great natural beach, quiet location. All shops nearby with good offer. Good, but motley equipment, everything there that you need could be partly renewed. Booked linens, didn't get covers for the blankets, only a sufficient number of large sheets. Disturbing noises at night, beating, flowing, possibly from the heating or water treatment lines. Good starting point to get to know Normandy from all sides.

Holiday home met the need. Location was ideal, close to all shops and the beach.

compulsory cleaning price while the cleanliness left something to be desired (disgusting windows) unpleasant smell on arrival (certainly lacks ventilation) the water softener very noisy in the evening and especially no instructions the wiffi with the device not great the flow rate really very low otherwise overall the rental was quiet and very well located and the layout was perfect for the 6 of us
