This was our second time staying at the Sunny Lodge and we really enjoyed our stay. The location is ideal, the garden is lovely and you can get to the beach in 4 minutes. The house is well equipped. It's not luxury, but it has everything you need as a family. We recommend taking a knife sharpener with you, as all the knives in the kitchen are blunt ; )

The four of us spent two wonderful summer weeks here. The house is charming, is in good condition, and the upper floor is particularly beautiful. The garden is a dream and you can get to the beach quickly. If you don't want to go shopping by car, we recommend renting a bike.

Holiday house spacious and suitable for children from school age, plenty of space for a family of 5, also with other children, upper floor quite well insulated does not heat up quickly, kitchen well equipped and beautiful garden, sofa missing and armchair very dusty

We had a FABULOUS stay at Villa Sunny Lodge in Cabourg! everything was PERFECT: the kitchen and bathroom equipment (just like at home, it was great: nothing to miss), the very good bedding, the absolute calm to rest, the shaded garden to relax, the proximity (2 blocks) to the sea.... We were lucky to have great weather to top it all off! To renew if possible!

2 minutes walk from the beach and still in a quiet location, good facilities. The only thing we would have wished for would be a sofa :-)

Very nice house with very good benefits. Big rooms, nice kitchen. Large garden to play, eat and bask in the pill :) 2 beautiful bathrooms. 5 minutes from the beach on foot and 15 minutes from the Cabourg casino. Goodbye.

Large house with very pleasant and well equipped garden. Located in the very beautiful place of Cabourg (lots of pretty villas around) very close to the sea and dunes. Missing: the indication where to throw the bins, 2 nd key for the big family and the possibility of keeping the luggage free of charge until the evening.

House better in reality than in photo. Nice surprise! Spacious and very well equipped house. Large pleasant garden. 2 steps from the beach, and 10 minutes walk from the center and shops. Really great.

All in all, a good vacation rental, friendly to live in. The house is very well located, in a quiet area, close to the beach, 20 minutes walk from the auction and the markets of Dives and Cabourg. The furnishings are dated, but overall functional. The garden is very pleasant, protected from the prevailing winds. Warning: do not count on 4G, frankly winded, to compensate for the absence of Wifi. .
