Our stay from July 5th to July 15th, 2025, was very nice, especially the view. We were able to leave the car parked for a while to walk into town or along the beach. There was one problem, though. We were driving and wanted to park in our parking space, but unfortunately, there was a car from the Netherlands there that didn't belong to the house. After two hours, we drove around because it was full. They could put up a red and white chain to prevent that from happening.

Apart from a leak in the flush and the shower tray that drains badly, rental adapted to our budget. Free internet access with wifi would be welcome. Very well located and quiet.

Remarkable location for this apartment at the foot of the beach In fact, as in the photos, the decor is very retro but no bad surprises!!! Everything you need is there, nothing is missing!! The view is great from all sides. One of the very important criteria for me is the parking space. Impeccable. Super clean accommodation, with period decor. Even bigger than in the photos. I had a great stay.

Studio very well located 2 steps from avenue Marcel Proust with high ceilings and a view of the sea. Ideal for my sons who were 100 meters from the kite surfing school. Good value for money, charming building on a human scale.

Very good value for money, apartment very well located

perfect location, only major downside the cleaning was not carried out (thick dust on the furniture, oily drainer and sink, shower cubicle not cleaned or scoured since the departure of the former tenants, mop of the broom and brush of the uncleaned vacuum cleaner.

Very good general situation, but side sea view...a building in front! 3 Floors to climb without a lift with the suitcases...it's the calves and the breath!

Easy access. Calm. A little far from the shops, bakery, store, ...

When we arrived, fridge not defrosted, freezer door blocked by ice. cleanliness of the mattress protector more than questionable!
