Well-located apartment, 2 (small) bedrooms, better suited for three than four people. All technical devices available, TV but small. Two balconies. Shower/toilet sufficient, apartment sufficiently clean. Good: extra disposable protective covers for the mattresses and pillows. Negative: WLAN extra, with 5 € daily very high day boxes. Office open at stated times, very friendly. Ample parking very close to the apartment door. All in all very positive ****

Nice little accommodation with 2 balconies. The mattresses were clean and in order. The toilet could do with a new toilet seat and the bathroom could use a fresh coat of paint.

this apartment needs to be better maintained. The original equipment, namely the refrigerator and the electric plates, are good to change. Regarding the refrigerator, impossible to adjust the temperature the thermostat is broken either it freezes or it thaws ...... The television made available does not work either, we have sound but no image?? ?? As for cookware, the pans are good to throw away and the saucepans are a bit small.

performance not at all top notch. Damaged furniture damaged crockery full of negative points. Let's be a little positive apparently well located and good bedding. Given the rental price, the services are not up to par.

Nice apartment but mismatched dishes, no protection on mattresses and pillows, refrigerator and dishwasher have had their day and work badly... glass table not practical in a dining room...

Positive: - Nice location, just a few minutes to the beach - Large, bright apartment - Two small balconies Negative: - Apartment shabby, partly dirty - Blankets for beds very old and not clean (bed linen was clean) - Very dirty balcony doors/glass apartment should get a thorough cleaning, there are areas in the bathroom and kitchen that have not been cleaned for years. Bedspreads and blankets on the beds should be renewed and then cleaned regularly. Then GREAT!

Spacious and comfortable apartment but dirty when we arrived (WC, bathroom, dishes, floor and fridge adjustment knob out of order). After remarking to the agency, it was the owner of the rental who occupied it last, so no cleaning... Very good location near the sea, very pleasant, quiet area
