Very nice house with terrace around. The location is perfect, the house very nicely decorated. Too bad you have to go and pick up and return the keys in Cabourg. Very approximate reception at the agency, at the end of the stay difficult contact with the agency, even unpleasant because of a forgotten bag. Smoking house not indicated on the ad, the house stank of tobacco. The kitchen hob completely shattered, patched up with tape, we had problems heating the oven properly.

The house corresponds to the description except for one thing. We had a bad surprise. The house reeked of tobacco and during this period the ventilation was limited to lighten the smell. Regrettable, no indication that it is a house for smokers.
