An apartment with a beautiful view. However, it falls short of its potential. Pictures weren't on the walls, but were in the closet and wrapped up on the dresser. The walls were bare and lacked coziness. Furthermore, the apartment wasn't handed over clean. There was hair on the bed cover, and the comforter had stains. The sliding shower doors and the lower shower door guide were unkempt and dirty. The bathroom, especially the plumbing, was dirty.

Positive points: Breathtaking view. Apparently recent and clean. A second set of keys is required. Negative points: Ideal apartment for 2 people. Big problem with the uncomfortable sofa bed, not because of its age but because of the quality of the slats and the mattress. Our daughter had to sleep with the mattress on the floor for 15 days; it should be replaced. Last very negative point: the magnificent swimming pool, but not heated (19/20°C), surprising for Normandy.

Apartment with stunning views of the port and sea. High-end residence. Bathroom just clean. Bedroom = storage room (very small). Too bad the pool is not heated but it is very clean and well maintained. Good value for money.

Very mixed feeling for this cabin studio. Positive: the breathtaking view from the balcony and the geographical location. Negative: very low-end and uncomfortable furniture, both the bed and the sofa which creak. The sleeping cabin does not have a window, this gives a feeling of confinement. We had to change the bedding because of large urine stains.... Faced with this discomfort we left the studio after 3 days at place of the 5 paid and we came from the south of France.

The room was very small, no space to move around and make the bed, no cupboard to store. Ideal for a couple without children. The dishwasher had a problem washing (glasses all white with limescale).

The view is unbeatably beautiful, it's about 10 minutes to the beach, which is also great. The balcony is great. The elevator and pool are also great. But the airless chamber in the form of the bedroom... well... We slept separately, the sofa bed was completely worn out and creaked with every turn, it really wasn't nice... The greeting, only in the office and you get a folder and a welcome greeting, this greeting includes cleaning products... We felt a bit ripped off. Otherwise it is very nice

Very well located apartment for 2 people. Small downside: the narrowness of the room

A breathtaking view which embraces the port, the estuary and the sea at the same time. Comfortable and practical with reserved access to the swimming pool. We had a very pleasant stay.

Very well located, the accommodation is pleasant and very clean, however, it lacks layout and decoration, it is the bare minimum. We had a problem with the toilet seat broken and not repaired during our stay and the bed cover in the very stained bedroom had not been changed.
