The price is not fair for this size. Only the bare essentials. The toilet was quite dirty. The couch was uncomfortable. Comfortable is something else. I would have liked a German translation for German holidaymakers.

We found the location excellent with a wonderful balcony. On arrival we found the inventory not clean. Crumbs on the table, cutlery not clean, plates, bowls and glasses not cleaned properly. Windows were very dirty and chairs were sticky. There was also a musty smell in the room and toilet. Upstairs including the bathroom was clean. Furthermore, there was little pressure on the water in the kitchen and the toilet, so a long wait before the kettle was filled again, for example. Bathroom was fine.

the 140 mattress is dead, as for the TV screen is incredibly small and I measure my words. I could have put average if we had not slept 6 nights in a bed with its smashed mattress. We left one day before the end of our stay, unable to take it any longer.

I find the VMC a bit noisy.

Cutlery to change. Insufficient cleaning on our arrival. Otherwise apartment well located and sufficient for a holiday.

the residence is very quiet, very clean, very close to the sea and the city center can be reached on foot in 10 minutes. sheets were just missing for the bunk beds and a duvet for the sofa bed... a little disturbing but the rest was great

The accommodation is from the 80s and nothing has changed, the decor, the furniture, the dishes. For those nostalgic, we spent a week at the museum!!!!... A smell of old and musty to welcome us.... The dishes were dirty, oily pans, VMC ventilation clogged with dust... Paper painted in the bathtub which is used as a shower, not practical... It is unacceptable to rent this in our time. The positive, the area is very nice, the beach is 2 min walk. the beach is huge, beautiful and quiet.

Not enough kitchen utensils for cooking on site. Wash basin for children much too high. Accommodation NOT suitable for families with children
