Jardins du Casino Apartment 2 Cabourg, Normandy

Very nice and well located rental. Very well equipped. But the bathroom needs to be redone.

We stayed 4 weeks in this apartment. We were lucky not to have neighbors above. The terrace is very good but its difficult access (25cm high step: a 15cm hollow cinder block will improve the situation). Access to the bathtub is also a little high for people who lack flexibility. Otherwise the apartment is well equipped despite the absence of a real box spring in the bedroom (simple board covered with fabric and giving the appearance of a real box spring!)

pleasant and quiet residence, and very well placed in Cabourg. the apartment is very nice, with its garden level. only downside is the bathroom which needs updating. in short, we had a great stay.

Rental "very vintage", quiet while being close to the sea. Thank you for the new bedding this year. Tiny TV...in our time!... The bathroom really needs updating. The advantage of this apartment is the very pleasant and quiet garden terrace.

Apartment ideally located, bright and with all amenities. Just provide a hook for the shower.

ideal location near the beach and the shops.. sunny apartment.. we did not find the parking included in the rental. on the other hand, booking has not stopped asking me for the balance even since my return, not very pleasant

Very quiet well-maintained residence near the Casino and therefore 2 steps from the city center. The parking space is a plus, you should know that access is on the side of the residence. The rental complies with the description

The apartment is small but nice. Equipped with many small decorative objects and, in contrast to other objects, with a lot of crockery. The oven was very unhygienic, with a lot of incrustations. The plates on the terrace were uneven and partly loose. The number of sockets in the kitchen area are clearly not enough. It was very clean. We recovered very well. A quiet apartment and residential area!

Location well located in a quiet place. The living room and the terrace are pleasant! For the kitchen, there is the necessary, TV has a very small screen. The bathroom is outdated with a bathtub not suitable for the elderly (very high and no wrist to hold on to) The bedding was dirty.

Housing very well located, near the beach and the city center. Small pleasant terrace. Lacks a bit of cleanliness and the sofa bed in the living room was not comfortable. A BZ would be more appropriate.

Very nice and functional apartment. Very well located for the beach and shops. Two remarks however: - the roller shutter in the living room is used and very, very difficult to assemble... - It would be good in the envelope provided with the keys (when you arrive outside the opening hours of the agency) to add an access plan for the parking lot of the building: not finding it, we had to ask occupants to find it...

The apartment was tastefully furnished, but with a lot of knick-knacks. It therefore had little space for our luggage. There was no wardrobe in the apartment. The existing cleaning cupboard was not suitable as a wardrobe. The kitchen worktop should have been replaced when the new electric hob was installed, as it is defective and unhygienic, especially behind the sink. A mattress was without protective cover. The sink lock was broken. The apartment has a beautiful terrace.

Friendly apartment with everything you need despite some small imperfections. A bed sheet was missing, despite our request we never had it...

Bathroom to review

Tastefully decorated small house. Centrally situated. Nice garden with enough privacy. Kitchen very small. Kitchen and sanitary dated. The roller shutter and sliding door in the living room open with difficulty.

Nice apartment near the center of Cabourg Small problem: dust Problem: having to go around the block between the entrance of the residence and the car park, while there is a door that opens onto the car park from the basement ( local bins and garages) but we do not have the key.

Pleasant apartment well decorated south west garden terrace appreciated; To change: vacuum cleaner, radio, carpet. A roller shutter of the bay window impossible to go up (need to grease or mechanism to change).

Everything is immaculate. Only the TV seems to pose a problem because often only one channel is accessible.

The equipment in the bathroom and kitchen is very old and no longer up to date. It also bothered us that there was no main light in the bedroom. Otherwise all good. Location excellent. And wifi should also be freely accessible in 2019.

We stayed in this apartment for a week in September, two adults and a toddler. The equipment corresponds to the description and the photos correspond to reality. The positives: the apartment is perfectly located, very close to the sea and also very close to the center of Cabourg. The equipment and decoration is also pretty and practical. Small flaws: in the bathroom there is no shower curtain in the bathtub and in the living room the shutters can only be cranked up with great effort (seems to be broken). We would stay in this apartment again, so it is recommended.

We really enjoyed the holidays at the Jardins du Casino. The apartment is well suited for two people, is a two-minute walk from the seafront and the center. Also in September we could use the beautiful terrace. We will be back!
