The closet door was broken, chairs were faulty, no shutters in the bedroom, shower doors that didn't close completely.

The apartment is small but pleasant. If you are staying with 3, the seat must be pulled out and there is almost no room left in the living room. Terrace is spacious. The apartment was not cleaned properly before our stay, which was slightly less. It is also nice to know that there is no elevator in the complex and that all luggage must therefore be carried to the 2nd floor. The furniture inside (the chairs) had had its day and needed to be replaced.

Apartment a bit old despite being redone in white paint and it is poorly laid out for a 30 m2 area, especially the kitchen area and bathroom. Little light in the bathroom. Old electricity, eg it was necessary to manipulate the fuse of the hotplates for them to work. Broken or wobbly chairs and tables. Very poor 4G connection even for the wifi box. The positive point is that the apartment is close to the sea.

Rental very well and everything worked. The residence is close to the beach and the Thalasso, a beautiful green, quiet and well-maintained residence. I recommend this rental. Only small inconvenience no shutter in the room, the double curtain should be thicker. We loved Cabourg and my little doggie loved the rental and enjoyed the beach, walks and close to the city center.

The residence and the apartment are well located and the accommodation is very bright, but the comfort is basic and some fragile and minimalist equipment (the wooden chairs that constantly fall apart, the sofa is not very comfortable, the TV on the size of a postage stamp, the lighting of the bathroom is close to half-light).

Apartment near the sea, the song of the seagulls very pleasant silent residence.

Very good value for money. Brochures available in the apartment. Very clean very quiet and very well located

Dust in the corners and "sheep" under the bed! Water heater leak! Limited comfort and "dangerous" interior chairs, and that's nothing to say! Otherwise nothing to say! A little more effort and it should do it! PS for cleanliness it is also surprising for a Swiss agency!

Apartment too small to cook, but nice residence near the sea

We had a great stay in this small apartment ideally located. The cleanliness was there, it is very well equipped the only small thing to say and that the bathroom is extremely dark it would not be too much to add a little light.

Too bad the equipment needs to be changed because the residence is pleasant and quiet

One main issue, Very dated interior. In need of serious up-dating. This would include a deep clean. Bathroom floor/lino, shower cubicle and sink needs attention. Shower cubicle especially small, when drying, towel brushes against the toilet. Bed far to big for the room which makes travelling around the bedroom difficult. Kitchen sink area, dirty. Who drains cups/saucers cutlery onto the work surface? Owner ought to spend some of the income bringing the place up to a decent Standard.

No elevator, used furniture, reduced kitchen accessories

Pleasant quiet apartment very close to the sea. Small downside the seats for lunch or the terrace are not very comfortable. The small sofa beds are not beautiful or comfortable. But we will come back.
