Hello, I booked this apartment... to spend a week's vacation with our 2 and a half year old granddaughter. The swimming pool and playground was an important element for our reservation. two days before our arrival I received a message about a pool malfunction which prevented me from canceling this reservation. the existence of the swimming pool was in your advertising. This reminds me of false advertising. Which justifies compensation on your part.

When we arrived, the cleaning had only been half done, the apartment had not been ventilated and it smelled musty. We cleaned the shower and clumps of mold came off the walls… The advantage of this location is that there was a swimming pool but the tiles around it had traces of mold and were peeling off: very dangerous especially for children! It's a shame because either the frame is pretty!

They tell us that we have to take care of cleaning at the end of the stay or pay a supplement of €70. We tell them that we will do it ourselves. Upon arrival we found the glass dirty and the toilet bowl with a brown crust. In other words, I think they gave it to us just as the previous clients left it, without even reviewing it.

Very well. We had a great vacation at a very affordable price. The swimming pool is fine. Too bad it's not open until 9 p.m. Perfect accommodation. The staff is very nice .... David is on top!

Apartment not very clean and bad smells Poorly maintained pool

We had a pleasant stay, beautiful accommodation with a beautiful view, very good sleeping arrangements, the swimming pool is very well heated. The staff is pleasant and available. We will return.

Friendly staff, beautiful resort. The pool was super warm. The location of the resort for exploring the area is great. Only the furniture of the accommodation is a bit old. However, the accommodation was clean and the staff was very helpful.

Unfortunately found quite dirty dishes, rest of the apartment wasn't in the cleanest condition either, could be better. But since that was not where most of the time was spent, that was irrelevant. The surrounding area has a lot of charm and if you are mainly on the move, the accommodation is great. Pool was great, especially for kids.

Off-centre location, quiet setting, lack of facilities (bread and pizza distributors, etc.). Apartment layout somewhat basic

RH plant with main building, prospectus description is detailed/good. We stayed in the main hs, overlooking parking lot, benefit - evening sun. No noise pollution. Kitchen equipment sufficient. counted parts. Swimming pool, good, clean and water temperature OK. The complex is located in a holiday area, about 500 m from the next shop. Beach within walking distance, car/bike. The app was clean upon takeover. The final cleaning is controlled. The facility is good for overnight stays and for excursions.

Residence well located, very warm welcome

The apartments are in a holiday complex and are well equipped. The place itself is very small, but two beautiful places can be reached in a few minutes. The area as a whole is beautiful with a wide range of possibilities. There are many activities on site for younger children. WiFi doesn't work well in the apartments.

clean nice very good service (ex: bread available in the morning) damage to the pool but good commercial gesture in exchange good value for money on the other hand difficult rental on the internet (sent to 3 different sites to end up doing it by phone and having the surprise of a duplicate on arrival!)

Ideal base for visiting the strategic points of Normandy. Shower to renovate.

it was our second stay in Auberville. This time we had the apartment in a house. As always very relaxing, especially because of the covered pool. Fitness doesn't come up short either.
