Internet (WiFi, extra). Please note: non-smokers only, no parking. 1 small pet/ dog allowed. Smoke alarm.

Its location is the only advantage. Let's move on to the 70s decor which would be acceptable if the cleaning was done. Everything is sticky in the kitchen. The bathroom is disgusting (accumulation of weight and hair in all corners). In short, I do not recommend except for a general disinfection of the apartment. The interhome team is friendly. To see if the promises will follow...

Positive: directly on the beach of Cap Cabourg, garden, washing machine with dryer. Bathtub, separate toilet, bed is ok. Negative: The price-performance ratio is not right at all for the money it should be in the direction of luxury, old furniture, especially the kitchen is old and tattered, the bathroom and toilet are old and in dire need of renovation. Unclean apartment, windows, cobwebs. No, I have no sympathy for that. Such a nice apartment to live in like this. But there was hardly any WiFi transfer rate, no streaming

Very functional apartment, well equipped, and very well located. The small garden is a real plus, but very outdated decor, we stayed in 1970, very very uncomfortable sofa!! electricity to review completely. Very positive point animals are accepted ++++

apartment well located, clean, consistent with the description. On the other hand, toilet flush that does not work or leaks bathroom shutter does not work random operation of the television

Location well located right next to the sea and not far from the city center. Nothing was missing in the rental however it would be necessary to change the chairs which are too heavy and take up space as well as the 2 small armchairs! Pleasant rental on the ground floor in a quiet and clean residence.
