Nice functional and well located apartment, beach in front and town center 10 mins walk. It would however need minor maintenance such as the shower tap which does not work well and the very damp wall, the terrace would also need a refresh. That didn't stop us from having a great week there. Thank you to the agency who received us very well. To advice

Apartment well located, beautiful view of the sea from the pleasant terrace. Comfortable, very well equipped, tastefully decorated, comfortable rooms. The beach at 50m by a passage which goes down on the boards. In Trouville everything can be done on foot in a few minutes. The must: private parking. We enjoyed this rental very much and will come back with great pleasure. The agency s little brochure is remarkably well done. Everything is perfectly explained, thank you for everything.

Points +: - Well located accommodation, 2 steps from the beach - Not too expensive Points -: - No sofa or lounge area, only 2 old wicker "armchairs" with seats as hard as wood - Poorly furnished - No deckchair on the terrace to enjoy it - No oven (just a microwave) - poor sound insulation (near apartment next door)

avenues for improvement towards "excellent": 1) a small 2-seater sofa instead of the 2 wicker armchairs 2) 2 deckchairs for the terrace 3) a new, less rusty table 4) the same for the shutters that are impossible to close. 5) very poor wi fi kitchen, bathroom, bedding etc = very good

The apartment is clean, well located opposite the beach, with a beautiful view of the Roches Noires. Negative points: the poor insulation compared to the apartment located on the same landing and the absence of a sofa and comfortable armchairs.
