Problem of cleanliness, smell and dilapidated or even dirty furniture (sofa, armchairs). Access to the car park and the garbage cans are not indicated. Broken coffee maker. Very poorly functional kitchen area. We had to clean when we left (which is quite normal), but also when we arrived (it's new). The worst being the bathroom with the dirty toilet brush, urine residue behind the toilet seat and a dirty soap dish. An accident…I hope.

near the beaches by a footbridge and the center of Cabourg with a bit of a walk but very pleasant because you walk along the beach, very beautiful residences on the route. Apartment in a beautiful residence overlooking the marina. It is located on the 2nd without elevator. The only problem with this apartment is the cleanliness dirty mattress pads, dirty pillows, very stained mattresses duvets idem it would be necessary to provide disposable mattress pads and pillow covers also and change the pillows

The apartment is well located and quiet with the equipment as in the description There are a lot of dishes Too bad the 2-seater bed base is old and makes noise Some duvets, cushion covers, chair and armchair fabrics had stains Cleaning general was done but not the dust of the furniture and the chandeliers We appreciated the quiet area and the spacious apartment For rent for families Only 10min from the beach on foot! And close to Cabourg!

Lack of seriousness: no water or electricity on our arrival; WASTE OF TIME BEFORE SETTLING THE PROBLEM WITH THE AGENCY AND FINALLY WE HAD TO DEBROUILLE OURSELVES. very annoying we showered with cold water because the hot water took the night to heat up after the start. This is not normal.
