Bedding and bed linen must be changed! Window blinds in poor condition as well. Aging fridge and washing machine. The rest is OK!

Excellent location and quality building. The apartment is a somewhat haphazard combination (two kitchens!) of a studio and a two-room apartment, so it's a good size. The furniture is hazardous, the fittings more than dilapidated, the layout of the bathrooms could be reviewed once every 50 years and the regular maintenance more attentive (6 bathroom spotlights / 12 out of order) We have not been able to benefit from the advertised parking lot, for lack of a key to the box! The rest is great....

The unoccupied apartment for more than a month was not checked before our arrival. Very defective light in the bathrooms: ceiling lights and half of the spotlights out of order. No cooking pot or bread knife; antique toaster. No trash bag in the trash when we arrived. The detergent compartment of the dishwasher does not open during the cycle, so dishes are not washed. Too bad because the apartment is very well located.

The apartment is very conveniently located directly on the beach and the beautiful promenade. The apartment is furnished somewhat unlovingly. Some normal items are missing in the kitchen (no lids for pots, no normal coffee maker, just a dirty capsule machine, no glass pot for making tea). The apartment could not be locked from the inside.

Missing a shower curtain, bath mat. In the kitchen a lot of doors without handles even the refrigerator and total absence of salt, pepper etc.... Dirty windows. The lock of the front door hangs inside and we did not have a key for the door of the garage which however has a lock
