Mold in the shower corners, old guest socks in the laundry box, dirt behind cupboards, pergola not installed, vacuum cleaner max. full of previous guests, yellow bags not picked up because they were full of rubbish at the garden gate, smell of sewerage in the house, 3 days of demolition work with machines on the neighboring house (approx. 100dB)

An excellent week spent at the Pergola. House suitable for a family with all the amenities ... Nothing is missing I had planned to rent a stroller and I found the one available at home ... Perfect close to the sea, shops ... We have had the chance to meet the owners who are very very nice. I recommend the accommodation

House located near Cabourg, not in Cabourg. The bedrooms have a row, bedroom with 2 beds to cross to reach the master bedroom, very impractical with a staircase that squeaks a lot with each step… The land is very small but pleasantly landscaped, The interior of the house, a little too "vintage" for our taste. Very good for a couple (not too old) without children. The price is a bit high even out of season.

Unfortunately, the house is damp from top to bottom. The smell (also in the closets) could only be fixed by continuous ventilation. The ground floor is very cramped due to too much furniture. The most disturbing thing was the very large wooden table with its chairs in the corner of the toilet, it just took up space. The only thing that makes up for it is the location. Very quiet, sun in the garden until the afternoon, and a good starting point for activities. Bring your own hotspot for WiFi.

The house was neglected. When we arrived there were cobwebs everywhere in the corners, the toilet was dirty, there was mold everywhere in the shower. In addition, the taps could hardly be regulated without getting wet from top to bottom. When showering, the water ran into the kitchen. The warm water was enough for two people at most, then only cold water came. There was no dust on the shelves throughout the house. No German TV positive was the kitchen equipment.

The house is well located, 500m from the beach and the exterior allows you to fully enjoy the summer. However, the house is too full of furniture and above all the announcement does not mention the fact that the 2 bedrooms are in a row: not ideal when you come with a couple of friends. Especially since the stairs creak a lot. In conclusion, good rental provided you have exactly the same rhythm as your friends!

The house is damp, the dust has not been made and the presence of numerous cobwebs in all the rooms. Contrary to what is announced, the location is not located in Cabourg itself.

Excellent stay in this rental completely in line with expectations. Nice terrace in a quiet area but close to the beach (5 minutes on foot). Lots of crockery available and well equipped. Impeccable cleanliness on arrival. I recommend !

Negatives in the house. I found a review when I looked at this house before the trip and found a review in 2017 where users complained that the staircase creaks and has not been fixed and now it squeaks loudly. the phone does not catch any big problems with the internet at all. the wi-fi is very expensive per person 5 euros per day limit 2 Gb per day. not, because the closest normal restaurant is 2.5

We stayed in this rental for a week. We put average but it deserves a good. I won't go as far as very well this being. The handing over of the keys and explanation were impeccable on the part of interhome. The rental was rather clean but on returning we smelled like a slight smell of sewer lifts which lasted the whole stay. A temporary problem? We do not know. However the rental is very well located, 500m from the beach, 3 minutes from a bakery, 5 minutes by car from the crossroads market and the city center of Cabourg. Moreover it is very well equipped. Nothing to complain about at this level. The tv remote is a little tired despite new batteries but that's a detail. Only downside, the Wi-Fi is really too expensive (5eur per day we did not take it) and the network is really bad for the smartphone. Enough to make a good digital break....lol.... Overall a good stay despite everything. A few details to settle so that this rental deserves a very good one.

The rental is good, consistent with the photos. You can easily accommodate 6 people there even if the sofa bed downstairs is moderately comfortable. On the other hand, there is hardly any network and the wifi is chargeable - more than 5€ per day -, which is overpriced. Disappointing on this point.
