Breathtaking view of the sea and the beach for this beautiful apartment recently and nicely renovated, very well equipped, located on the edge of the beach in a very well maintained, quiet and secure condominium. The private parking space in the basement is appreciable! We really want to rent it again and have even recommended it to relatives.

Housing not maintained, dirty and cleaning not done. The photos on the site do not correspond to the rented property, on the spot sleeping on a poor quality sofa bed instead of 2 beds shown in the photos. Construction socket without lampshade in the room while in the photo very beautiful spots. Completely dilapidated and opaque bay window preventing you from enjoying the view of the sea, deteriorated and dirty balcony. The television works 1x out of 2 very poor reception, no signal....

The apartment lacks maintenance and therefore deteriorates. What remains unchanged and precious is its location overlooking the sea. Too bad the bay window has become dull and the balcony very damaged. Also worth noting is the excessively high internet rate and the emergency coffee maker still in service (too small and too slow).

Unacceptable to find on our arrival a very dirty mattress protector and an old blanket. Old and dirty kitchen cabinets. Non-existent housekeeping!!! Impossible to cook with a hood with a gangue of grime. Beautiful location of the apartment but difficult view because the windows are very dirty and the separation between the 2 balconies on the ground! We were forced to buy light bulbs to replace those that were faulty and I'll stop there because the list is too long....Manager as owner not at all up to scratch.

the apartment is correct, the negative point is this system of 2 beds of 90 joined, instead of a sofa bed, which means that they constantly take up a lot of space and that you never have the right size sheets of pus the double glazing of the French windows is full of humidity which causes the view to be blurred

Apartment very well located the living room is of good size pity that the furniture and accessories are of poor quality and the cleaning not very professional, the facade of the kitchen units would need a real spring cleaning (it's fat) . the extraordinary view of the sea is spoiled by unmaintained windows. the shutters blocked for 2 days, we did not have the code for the front door, we had to go through the garage to enter the residence. we had chosen this rental for its geographical location so we were not disappointed, even the storm was there!
