General unsanitary conditions. Sink, electric hobs, floors, chair cushions, let's not talk about toilets... We strongly advise against it. No garbage bags even though it is stipulated that they must be left before our departure… no dishwashing liquid, no toilet paper. Lamentable.

I was disappointed with this rental given the state of the apartment….. supporting photos… Moldy cupboard, very very dirty stove, rusty sink, stained sofa mattress, very dirty and unusable showerhead because the leaves were dislocated and we are not talking about the toilet…. I have been a customer for years and I am very very disappointed….

Very clean and well located accommodation. 5 min walk from the beach and 25 min from the center. We had a problem with the sink and the landlord came by right away. Everything was fine

Bathroom: deplorable WC base, dirty brush and base, leaking shower tap, clogged bathtub, out of order shower screen KITCHEN: dirty and rusty tap + sink, no jet aerator, very dirty cupboard under the sink, leftover food between cupboard and fridge, dining room curtains and double curtains partially unhooked Only positive point: clean room and good bedding

Impeccable welcome, kind, smiling, fast and efficient. The rental was clean, well equipped, functional and we were quiet with all the necessary comfort for these few days of vacation. The 4g may have sometimes had a little trouble getting through, but apart from that, the stay was very pleasant, especially being only 300 meters from the beach.

Everything is there for 4 people, but the apartment is small. In concrete terms, especially difficult that in the living room you can either open the sofa bed or open the table, both together is not possible. It is more feasible for 2 people, since you do not have to use the seat in the living room as a bed. The terrace is spacious.

very satisfied with value for money, appreciable for the proximity to the sea and the availability of parking in the residence. Note that we had no access to the local trash cans, which forced us to empty our trash bags outside the residence. kind regards alin thalamy

A beauty of an apartment. Small but nice and very neat. Beautifully situated in a quiet area with all possible facilities. Parking in front of the door. Within walking distance of the center of Cabourg . Located a short drive from the D DAY landing zones. Recommended.
