rather decent apartment, too bad the furniture and crockery are in poor condition (microwave dating from the 70s, crockery not cleaned and in limited quantity, broken BZ and broken shower support as well). Despite this, the apartment remains comfortable and well placed.

An apartment where there is everything you need. We had a good stay. Nothing more, nothing less! More than enough.

We had a pleasant stay in this apartment ideally located very close to the beach with our two children we took advantage of the view of the port and we appreciated the very correct price at this time of year

Despite respect for people and quiet hours (10 p.m. - 7 a.m.) politeness and cleanliness, groups of young people are very frowned upon...

The apartments in this complex are basically functional with no frills. Here you have z. B. saved on the cabinets. On the lower floor there is 1 "closet" possibly 50 cm wide with 1.5 usable shelves for larger clothes (due to the deep shelf). A clothes rail is attached underneath. Unfortunately, this space can only be used to a very limited extent, as there is a heater, vacuum cleaner, ladder and various cleaning materials. There are hooks in the bedroom. Only these are in the entry area of the bed, so that hats or jackets have fallen down. Especially if larger people use the room. In the upper sleeping area there are 2 beds and a half-height, open bookshelf, about 70 cm wide. This can only be filled with clothes that are book depth foldable. E.g. underwear or things for small children. Anything that is larger stands out or just doesn't fit at all. The private closet is next to the water thermal bath, which often turns on at night. Half of the upper area can still be used to store adult clothing. There were 3 hooks in one beam. We then used this as a closet for shirts, longer skirts, blouses, etc. This clothing also hung around openly, including in the area of the stairs. Since the total storage space for 3 people was too small, we lived with the rest out of the suitcase. There is no space for storing suitcases. We have distributed shoes openly in the lower area. There are no cushions for the plastic chairs in the dining area. From midday onwards you feel uncomfortably stuck in summer temperatures. The seat of 1 chair is torn. At least it cannot be used for sitting, which is not a problem for 3 people. There is no trash can. Thankfully, the administration helped us out with a wastepaper basket. So the garbage/leftovers stood open until they were emptied every day. A bath mat was also easily handed over. It would be nice if a chopping board could be purchased, especially since there is no underlay for hot drinks or pots. Good: new fridge freezer, new washing machine. Electronics were fine. bathroom adequately equipped; the space is optimally used. Sufficient cutlery and crockery available. The apartment cannot be used for 4 people, despite 4 beds. 3 people
